Integration in Bi-Borough has already started with our place-based partnership bringing together local council, NHS and voluntary and community sector partners.
Statutory providers of Health and Care Services including:
- Central London Community Healthcare - The Community Health Service provider for the Bi-Borough
- Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster City Council – Two Local Authorities, including Public Health teams within Bi-Borough
- Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust - The Mental Health Service provider for the Bi-Borough
- The 10 Primary Care Networks – Our 70 GP Practices are organised into groupings to support collaboration and working at-scale through Primary Care Networks
- Imperial College Healthcare and Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust - The main Acute Service providers for the Bi-Borough
- Kensington and Chelsea Social Council and One Westminster – Act as nominated infrastructure organisations to allow us to work with the wide and varied Voluntary and Community Sector across the Bi-Borough
- Healthcare Central London and London Medical Associated – Led by the Primary Care Networks, the GP Federations deliver at-scale Primary Care services for the Bi-Borough
- The local hospices
